I find this level of grounding perfect for creating. The grounding spray in my opinion takes you a little deeper down and works a little faster (which I love when working with earth energy or on a stressful day!), the candle however gives you healthy roots while allowing you to still let creativity flow. Particularly good for witches who are scared to fully release, it is a nice assurance that you can let go without worrying about going too far.
